I haven't looked at her other book so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was thinking this would be more of a true graphic novel (like some of the Introvert-themed graphic novels that are out there and similar in size). We are crazy about herbs that heal, veggies from mother nature and believe that a strong and healthy mind can only exist by nourishing it with clean and healthy food which makes you happy.Likely, I have too much time on my hands, but I get such a kick out of changing out my letter boards. I might have enjoyed this book more if I were truly a crazy plant lady, but I'm more of a crazy cat lady, and one illustration said "Plant lady is the new cat lady," a sentiment with which I strongly disagree.

Light on text but humorous, this is a fast read that would make a great gift for someone who self-identifies as a plant lady.
