If you don't want to live forever, Mr. Fraser, why did you title this book "We Never Die" and fill it with messages of hope? There's a striking disconnect. The real appeal of the book, I find, is that it introduces you to the athlete *outside* of competition, whether that's covering what he'd do in the off-season, how he found his way to the sport to start with, and his thoughts on CrossFit at large. Such stories are compelling and interesting from basically any person who darkens the doorstep of a gym, but, clearly, one would want to know what might separate Fraser from the rest, right?

Much of what Fraser had to say I have heard before, but not quite in this context. He answered many questions that he had been asked frequently. I was divided between wondering if it could really all be as simple as he said, or if he was only presenting the simplified laymen's version. This training manual, as Mat calls it, should be objective and ubiquitous with information and thematic ties to HWPO. That is what a training manual/ guide book is. Objective. Questions will be asked. Answers ought to be provided. And never, should one end a training manual section in a question.Matt claims there's no hell, but slips in a brief note that evil souls go through something unpleasant. He doesn't expand at all on this. That's wherein I need explanation. This subject poses no downside for me and in those last fifteen years of reading about connections, hope and vortex energy, that gave me a deeper understanding to the validity of this topic. Mat Fraser is undisputedly the fittest man in CrossFit history for winning the CrossFit Games an unprecedented five times. A student of engineering, Fraser optimized his body like a machine, and his absolute dedication to the training program he designed for himself is now legendary. For years, every single decision he made was weighed against the question: "Will this help me win?" If the answer was no, he didn't do it. If it would give him even the slightest edge or advantage, he would—no matter the cost. Fraser became a master of identifying his weaknesses and then seeking out training methods to improve them, and he's idolized in the fitness community for his relentless pursuit of peak performance. It's not hard to see why he achieved so much success—but how is a different question. New York Times bestselling author Matt Fraser knows a lot about life… from the dead. We’ve all heard there is a mystical moment that occurs just before you die—or right after you get to Heaven—in which your life flashes before your eyes in vivid detail. The chronicle of your achievements, your failures, your loves, your losses, your daily rituals, your lifelong friendships invites a new perspective through which to view your life. But what if you did not need to wait until your death bed or the pearly gates to experience this phenomenon? What if you could examine your life right now, while there is time to make changes, heal relationships, manifest your goals and the life you truly want to live? My husband of 35 years, my soulmate, died two and a half years ago. I found Matt Fraser's personal experiences connecting with the spirit of loved ones who have crossed to the other side extremely comforting. I started to read this book as someone slightly skeptical of anyone's ability to get messages from spirits, but Matt managed to convince me. I appreciated Matt's words of warning regarding mediums who can be unscrupulous. I was comforted by Matt's assurances that spirits want us to continue to live a purposeful and happy life and that we can still ask and receive help from them.

His readings lead guests through a rollercoaster of emotions from laughing to crying, turning skeptics into believers with stunning details. His dynamic readings frequently include names, dates, and locations he couldn’t possibly know, only adding to his long-established reputation. My mother gave me this book to explain her "belief system" as I've been going through a journey of discovering faith for myself. I'll do my best to keep this short, but don't let my two-star rating deter you if you're interested in this book. Coming into this, and already knowing a lot of info about psychic mediums (growing up my mother adored watching shows about them, reading books, etc.), I don't think there was a ton of new info to gain. If you're completely new and want to learn more, this is a pretty decent means of explaining what they are and can "do" per say.I feel extremely fortunate that I was able to see Matt Fraser perform at a show in Canada several weeks ago. He is a super ball of energy, has a great sense of humor, loads of talent, empathy and compassion. I went hoping to have him call out to me in the audience regarding a recent loss I had; but to no avail. He looked at me twice right in the eyes, but walked away. I understand that the person I hoped to connect with was not ready to speak to me yet. His readings lead guests through a rollercoaster of emotions from laughing to crying, turning skeptics into believers with stunning details. His dynamic readings frequently include names, dates, and locations he couldn’t possibly know, only adding to his long-established reputation. Matt’s uncanny abilities and extreme accuracy have allowed him to reach millions world-wide from A-list celebrities and influencers, to everyday people looking to get in touch with those they have lost. For me the book would be better if at first there were few chapters of autobiography, as it is now, but I would like it much better if the workout guide and food recipes were separate chapters at the end of the book. Reading this book felt like having a meaningful conversation with a close friend who doesn't claim to hold all the answers but listens, understands, and offers insights that alleviate the burdens of uncertainty. Fraser's words have provided me with relief, offering a glimpse of the possibilities that exist beyond this earthly realm. Having had only two experiences that were not on demand, they were unrelated to any descriptions written in this book.

There's no mention of female sexual abuse, people who live in chronic pain, or those of us whose family didn't love us in the first place. Why would we find consolation in their omnipresence in our lives today? That both freaks me out and causes me pain, if it's true. During the most devastating times of my life, if they were actually with me (which Matt claims), they certainly didn't do anything to comfort me. How could they be there, and watch me struggle like that? From the hit television show on E! Entertainment, join Matt Fraser, America’s Top Psychic Medium for a LIVE Online Group Reading right from your own home and witness the many messages from spirit.

His sold-out live events, television appearances, and popular private readings have allowed him to bring healing, hope & laughter to a global audience of fans and followers from all around the world. From heartfelt emotional readings to stunning revelations, Matt Fraser has audiences on the edge of their seats with his outrageous personality and unique approach to mediumship. Matt emphasizes the search for a soul mate as one's life purpose, but he contradicts himself by saying to not put too much emphasis on this. (Easy for someone to say when they nabbed their pagaent queen, having worked in the pagaent circuit.) I align more with Tyler Henry's perspective regarding "soul mates." We don't necessarily have one soul mate. We can in fact have many, romantic or otherwise. Or perhaps we don't have any. I am a huge fan of Mat Fraser but this book felt like someone writing a book on Mat Fraser with little access on his life. First of all, the book is waaaaaaay too short to fill in a legacy of Mat Fraser. Secondly, the book is totally incoherent and flip-flops from story to story and gives little context on what was significant in adding it in the book when so much was left out. Prior to your session, Matt does not need to ask for any information nor does he ask any questions of you. The moment you begin to speak with Matt he starts receiving information and messages to share with you, both in the form of detailed visions and feelings, as well as hearing verbal messages to pass on to you. Very often, he will receive names, dates, and specific information to help bring clarity and validation to any situation. As a huge fan of Mat Fraser, I honestly have to say that I expected more from this book. As a whole, it is neatly laid out in sections. Fraser details his personal rise from someone who was playing around with weights as a teenager, to learning how to properly lift at an Olympic Weightlifting gym, to his humble beginnings as a Crossfitter while in college, and finally to his 5x Fittest Man on Earth awards.
