I have kids that are now adults, and also many friends and colleagues who are Gen Z and young millenials, and while life is of course still hard at that age, and things like social media add all linds of pressures and stresses that we didnt have, they are so much better informed and equipt to deal with this stuff and feel more comfortable being themselves than we were encouraged to. I learn SO much from the younger generations and unlike.many my age I'm very admiring of them and feel positive that the future is secure in their hands once they are the ones steering the ship.
