In conclusion, while the MITRE Size 5 soccer ball has its merits, its heavy weight, hardness, and tendency to deteriorate quickly make it an average choice at best. Not sure what it is about the orange and yellow but it's much easier to see compared to fluorescent or white footballs whilst playing under floodlights. Exactly what you expect, good quality footballs they have kept there shape and have stayed inflated. I recently purchased 12 training balls and 2 size 4 match balls for my U13 team who play at a medium to high level. They are robust in all weather and if cleaned and kept to the correct pressure last well and are good value. We train with these footballs 4 days a week every week and only need to replace them as they get lost.
