Coben's latest thriller is the book everyone should take to the beach this summer. ... Tell everyone to read Tell No One. Terrible secrets lead basketball star David Baskin to fake his death while honeymooning in the tropics in this manipulative but otherwise engaging first novel. His bereaved bride, supermodel Laura Continue reading » As a boy, Will Klein had a his older brother, Ken. Then, on a warm suburban night in the Kleins’ affluent New Jersey neighborhood, a young woman—a girl Will had once loved—was found brutally murdered in her family’s basement. The prime Ken Klein. With the evidence against him overwhelming, Ken simply vanished. And when his shattered family never heard from Ken again, they were sure he was gone for good. Now eleven years have passed. Will has found proof that Ken is alive. And this is just the first in a series of stunning revelations as Will is forced to confront startling truths about his brother, and even himself. Excellent story that kept my interest and had me thinking about the story between reading sessions. I particularly enjoy the author's word choices and usage. Very comfortable style and cadence with wry humor that made me frequently smile. Mr. Coben also writes very descriptive scenes that allow you to really feel and see what is happening. Ron Rash is renowned for his writing about Appalachia, but his latest book, The Caretaker, begins ...

When Alex asked Margot's father why he didnt seek help from the authorities, Margot's father claimed that he had already crossed the line. He then provided Alex an envelope containing the details of all the crooked matters he had had with Neuville. He then began to discuss Alex's father, who had also worked as a trainer at the stables. I was looking for something new to read, so I stopped by my local library and have been hooked on Harlan ever since. Coben does it again! Very mysterious and entertaining. If you like other Coben, you will lime this. Alex meets his friend Helene, who is his sister's lover and domestic partner, for lunch in her restaurant, where he reads in a newspaper that two male bodies were uncovered near the Lake Charmaine. In his lunch conversation with Helene they discuss his plans to meet with Margot's mother in what has been a yearly meeting with her for the past eight years on the anniversary of Margot's murder. Alex also promises to stop by Helene's apartment after his visit with Margot's mother.Harlan Coben was born in 1962, in Newark, New Jersey. Like Myron Bolitar, Harlan was also born into a Jewish family. He grew up in Livingston, where he attended Livingston High School. He went on to study political science at Amherst College, where he became a member of the Psi Upsilon fraternity, along with the writer Dan Brown. An accidental discovery near a doctor's estate stirs up some painful memories eight years after his wife's hideous murder, and now, things are bound to take a turn for the unexpected. Does the good doctor know more than he's letting on? This is not Coben's best; perhaps one of his subcontracted works, Still, I kept reading because I didn't really know what was going on and there was enough sustained tension. I’m a fan of Harlan Coben’s Myron Bolitar series and decided that I’d start this book without reading the synopsis. It was selected as the book for group discussion in one of my groups and was highly touted. The book was that much more exciting because I didn’t know what it was about and read the prologue with no clue as to where it was going. Here’s what I’ll say about it so you can have a similar experience if you choose.

Let’s get “write” to the big news. THE MATCH arrives March 15thin the USA/Can (March 17 in UK, Aus, NZ, etc) and o Thank you to all the people who commented on my review of Fool Me Once and told me I should have been reading this one instead - you were absolutely right! This book is unbelievably awesome. First of all, I'd like to say that I had avoided reading it for too long until I had a chance to try it, then I couldn't putting it down even I had a lot of work this week. Tell No One has a straightforward narration. We believed wholeheatedly about what the author tried to tell, but after that, he revealed a distrustful evidence making us reconsider our thought again and again till the end. And this is what makes the book so special for me.
