There’s only one rule – to harness the true power of sigils, you must create them by yourself, on your own.

If you can, just bring the feeling of love (loving someone, being loved) into your mind, then feel appreciative of it, as if it’s already happened. This is usually done by writing your sigil on a piece of paper and then setting it on fire though you could also carve the sigil onto food and then consume it.

One of these intentions is too vague (sigils work best when you are specific), and the other is too complex. If it helps you relax, try turning out the lights, turning off electronics, and lighting candles and incense. For this purpose, the choice of method depends largely on your personal sense of aesthetics and how much effort you put into achieving it.

You can get a sticky note, fold it in half, then put the sigil on one side and the meaning on the other (just in case you happen to glimpse it while flipping through your journal).

For example, you could pick a word like "prosperity," remove the repeating letters (once again keeping the first instance of each repeating letter), and your final product would be "P R O S E I T Y.
