A great book if you are scared about your thoughts - contains really useful and reassuring information, a good self-help section, an explanation of different treatments and also discusses what others can do to help. The Positive Breastfeeding Book doesn't promise to make it easy, nor will it get up in the middle of the night for you, but it will empower you with the knowledge and encouragement you need to feed your baby with confidence. A very tender book about Baby Loss, aimed at supporting people who have to go through this awful experience. Most of the stuff in it was pretty basic, but I definitely came away from it with some little nuggets of new info, especially on the explanation of different natural birth "methods" and their applications to real birth stories.

Good section on breastfeeding but i would have liked more science on antibodies and micro biome that many lay people are less aware of.
