Projection is slightly beyond my personal space without filling the room, and sillage is noticeable. The beginning is sharp on this doesn't start smelling good until the dry down, where you get some of the woods and some ginger and florals coming it smells good not super impressive.In the next 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how the cologne performs on your skin and the weather in general, the middle notes of Club de Nuit Blue Iconic will start to evaporate. After 5 months since I first sprayed my bottle of CDN Blue Iconic I can confidently say that it gets better with age, it smells almost identical to BDC EdP during the dry down now that it has fully macerated, the main difference is the opening is more citrusy with a very slight hint of the original CDN intense Man DNA in the background, personally I like the extra citrusy opening. Furthermore, unlike many other BDC clones, this achieves great performance, with projection and sillage lasting 8-9 hours. I was skeptical if it could get any better, but I trusted my intuition and let it sit for a few days, and occasionally spray it to see if my hypothesis had any merit.

out of 10 because it's not neccesarily unique but it is a very attractive and versatile scent with above average performance and sillage. Club de Nuit Blue Iconic by Armaf lasts for a solid 8-9 hours, as opposed to Bleu de Chanel which lasts for just a few hours. Upon initial spray, I get that blue, oceanic, sweet and creamy orangy grapefruit that reminds me of an orange cream circle, but done very smoothly and very nicely.It doesnt seem to last long before it just sits on the skin and this is not me being nose blind as ive asked people around me when i visit family etc. Often described as the perfect dupe for Bleu de Chanel by Chanel, Club de Nuit Iconic is an Armaf cologne for men. BDC edp lasts longer on my skin from my 6 year old bottle but Iconic projects just alittle stronger.

They have been copied by many houses, yet still, none of them surpassed a 70% – 80% match compared to the originals. While this does smell pleasant, I would say it smells 60% close to BDC, BUT you cannot hide the fact that this is made with far less superior ingredients and therefore you get a far less superior cologne.

Unfortunately they never fully go away either, they tone down after 20 minutes, but the whole time I'm wearing it I'm just wishing that all I could smell is what's in the base and get rid of the top notes.
