Embark on mini Star Wars adventures with this fun Resistance X-Wing Fighter microfighter collectible, featuring foldable wings and space to seat the included Resistance X-Wing Pilot minifigure with blaster pistol. Build: 8/10 I ranked this an 8 due to the ease of building, the pose ability, and the sturdiness of the model, it doesn't break easily. The girls toy aisles aren't our regular ball park but we occasionally like to try something different to our norm. Previous UCS sets used large stickers which were tricky to apply, so this is a welcome change that feels a lot more premium. The two minifigures included are the pilot version of Luke Skywalker, along with his faithful astromech R2-D2.

It's a mini and should be reviewed as one, of course you aren't getting any minifig's, and the piece count is going to be low. Inside the box are bags numbered from 1 to 10, the instruction manual, plus the cockpit glass and display plaque packaged separately. Annoyingly, the two curved slopes that are meant to act as supports do not have enough clutch power, and pop off every few minutes when the X-wing is on the stand. The box was complete with all the decoration seen on the various 20th Anniversary Star Wars sets, a set number of 40519 (the event's date written in typical, local formatting) and the set name "World's Largest LEGO Star Wars Unboxing".Build amazingly detailed smaller versions of classic Star Wars ships and vehicles with LEGO Star Wars MINI Models! This is where you will find any My Little Pony, Monster High, Barbie or Polly Pocket items that we may have in from time to time. Starting at the back, the trans-orange 1×1 round plates for the engine glow should have been trans-pink. And then there’s the issue with the display stand, where if you leave it on the stand for a few minutes you’ll find the pair 2×2 curved slopes on the floor without fail. There’s also gaps between the center bodywork and the engines, but this space is needed for the engines to open up, so it’s trickier to get rid of. Identical in size to the instructions in set 30050 we have a a single piece of paper for the instructions. It’s significantly out of scale though which throws off the look of the model – I’d have preferred if the designers included a printed 3×3 dome instead.Some fans have criticised the plastic injection mark which is still visible in the centre, but that is a very minor issue in my book, and I’m a huge fan of the new printed plaque. I bring this up because the top set of wings have a 1×2 dark red grille tiles but they are absent on the bottom set. The back of the box has the model in landed mode on its display stand, along with mini graphics showing the features and comparison images.
