First sniff wasn't good at all and to be honest, I was very angry and sad when I was trying it that day. Top notes are Heliotrope, Cumin and Bergamot; middle notes are Bitter Almond, Lavender, Jasmine and Sage; base notes are Vanilla, Amber and Sandalwood. I had hoped the cumin was more in the background, but nope that’s predominantly what I can smell- the dry, spicy cumin. Long story short: Get 'Craze' if you're a fan of the hypnotic poison scent profile (like Pegasus) but want a super masculine version of it.

I hadn't smelled a fragrance with almond before but found this note in combination with creamy vanilla simply stunning. While Pegasus is very linear from the beginning and changes only minimally, Craze has a slightly more exciting scent.I have Pegasus on one hand and Craze on the other, and after about 10 minutes I can’t tell them apart. I got my hands on one of this a few months ago based on the comparison to Pegasus and other good line-ups. However, this is a nice fragrance, just not one to bury your nose into as it definitely smells better in the air. He goes in the summer, in the winter, in the suit, at sports, at night, days in the EU and everywhere in the world. I've never smelled Pegasus or any other PDM fragrance and I do not have a trained nose, so take this with a grain of salt.Longevity seems quite good and projection is for sure there, but will not kill or clear a room :) My skin makes Craze take on kind of a earthy root beer, vanilla and heliotrope scent. If I had to describe it, it would be a very almondy (like the almond hand soap if you guys have ever come across that) rich persons soap. I put on parallel to the Craze the Pegasus for direct comparison and observed how both fragrances develop.

Unique for sure, but quiet synthetic and the bitter qualities add to that synthetic feeling even more.The sandalwood note is of the same softness as Givenchy Pi so it does not do so much to balance the creaminess of the vanilla and almond but thankfully they are not too sweet to begin with. It is a pass for me personally because overly soapy scents sting my nose alot but its not a dislikeable scent, depends on your nose and taste. I might be lost for words with how to describe it but the fact that the bottle has since been on an isolated shelf in my house, couple with the fact that I have yet to be brave enough to put it up for a swap in the fragrance community, should say a lot about just how this frag stacks up with me. longevity is amazing, it lasts +2 hrs on my skin, but +12 hrs on cloth, while sillage is very strong for the first 1.It is still stuck, so looks like I'll need to break it loose with pliers then find a replacement spray button. Pegasus has slightly better performance in my opinion, but Craze has no issues with the performance either. Pi costs double what Craze sells for and isn't any better, except for the short-lived Orange Kool Aid opening of Craze. The fragrance opens with spicy, herbaceous notes that give way to Bitter Salmond and subtle florals before leaving a distinctly masculine aroma built around Amber and Sandalwood.
