Unlike 4711 cologne, which is another lovely cheapie which does smell rather like TFNP, but on me, only for about 5 minutes before it vaporises completely. Maybe you got a bad bottle, perhaps a disgruntled and unhappy employee contaminated your bottle in the assembly line. Opinions vary whether this leans feminine or masculine, I think it’s perfectly unisex, depending on the person wearing it.

I got a sample of this mostly looking for a cheaper alternative to Neroli Portofino, since I saw the comparisons. It’s Masculine, but it takes a man of confidence to wear a manly floral citrus fragrance and it does pay of. However, personally, I will only use it occasionally in the summer heat or when I get tired of everything else.I usually like to wear a white shirt with brown chinos and the fragrance suits my attire as an everyday scent in the all year warm - hot climate in my city.

I could never escape the intoxicating draw of those flowers, nor would I ever want to, and so I made certain to keep that feeling these flowers evoke in me close to my heart.I enjoyed it now secretly all day long, whenever a little wind blew it came back to me, this great scent and it really lasted all day in the office and surprised me with its incredible durability.

The base is light, it doesn't have the same heavy-duty amber or white flower punch of TFNP or Guerlain Neroli Outrenoir, but this one is still a class act - smells many many many times better than 'just plain neroli' and for its cost it's something not far short of a miracle. You know one of those fragrances that you never want to reach for, because you cannot bear the thought of eventually being without it, even though you have a big 100ml bottle? Of course, nothing beats the real thing, but this is as close as it gets to my nose if I want to experience spring's neroli any time of the year. I'll tell you the truth, I wouldn't have thought it possible for you to water me I'm nu keen Fänn of such car racing. It is a good scent, but on me it comes off more linear than I expected, and it just makes we want Neroli Portofino more.Firstly the sprayer was knackered, it just spewed out a thin globule of juice and not a spray at all. But the "pungent" tinge tones down after those first few minutes and I smell the tiniest hint of those floral notes. Top notes are Bitter Orange, Citron and Lemon; middle notes are Neroli, Orange Blossom, Rosemary and Sichuan Pepper; base notes are Vetiver, Amber and Patchouli. So if I'm going to be inspired by Ferrari associations here, it's not so much by the wind in my face during the tour with the hood open along the coastal road, but rather by the rich, dark tubes of the engine: the deep, mighty purring sound from the very bottom (Vetiver, Patschuli and Ambrox, that sounds very plausible), so that you almost ask yourself: Was there still fiddling around with the exhaust?
