About this deal

sounded like a cute concept that might’ve been a fun rom-com but Hiro Fujiwara’s treatment unfortunately turns it into something flat and dull instead. Confiding in him, Misaki states she's considering telling them her secret, to which Takumi asks if she's doing it for them or for herself.

Aoi arrives seeing this, and, in disbelief with the denying Misaki, tells her to just admit she likes Takumi. As she drags him to the park warning him not to come to her home again, Sakura and Shizuko see them, and think they're dating. There, she apologizes for becoming dependent on him but he confesses that he has also become dependent on her, just as she is to him, much to her embarrassment. In elementary school, the rich and spoiled Yanagi Naoto was known for excelling in both studies and sports. I'll read the rest of these soon, I think I need to be careful or else I'm going to get completely consumed by these books. Through his conversations with both of them, Kanō wonders why both Misaki and Takumi won’t admit their feelings for each other. but he's an exception <3 Ok, so when he found out about Misaki being a maid, and you had this coming! In both series, the male love interest pursues the initially uninterested protagonist, and in both series, they have similar relationships where the characters fluster, rescue, and tease each other.

The men happen to be really similar to each other (the even look alike) very strong and attractive, slyly supporting the female character on their way. Both of these anime about an unlikely pair, finding each other and complemeting each other to make a iconic and hillarious interactions, add in compition and love and it is a match made in heven! His family doesn't want him to do any part-time jobs because they fear that him being an illegitimate child will be exposed. Their torturously slow-burn romance was one of the purest, most adorable, feel-good, and frustrating ones I have ever come across. When Misaki scolds the boys, they turn on her and leave the three girls to run the café alone, allowing her to understand what Takumi was talking about.

Also, the female main characters are very strict towards boys but they have a soft side and they showed that side to the male main characters. At school, Takumi comments on how, despite hating men, Misaki works in a maid cafe due to her father, for which he is scolded and told not to do so. They're not really close friends with Takumi but they were asked to befriend her just like Tomikouji, Umekouji Tomu, and Kaon Umekouji. For a couple of years, I read a whole lot of manga (thousands of volumes is likely not an exaggeration) and I think I sort of burned myself out with that pace. Both female protagonists are popular with the girls and respected or feared by the boys at their schools. It turns out to not be the most compelling premise, compounded further by the fact that nothing much happens with it anyway so it’s actually quite a boring read. Later at school, as Takumi rejects a confession from a girl while he witnesses Misaki rescuing a student from a falling ladder. When Shirou asks Mei to go out with him, she simply rejects him, but he comes back the next day and tells her he's not going to give up on her so easily.
