Description

He is an adventurer, public speaker and television presenter, best known as the front man for Channel 4’s hit show SAS: Who Dares Wins . It was reassuring and a perfect reminder of the importance of having positivity present within your life, even if it starts as something small because eventually it will grow into something bigger.

Through his experiences he outlines a positive prespective to use 'every experience as an opportunity for growth' and the old cliché of 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger'. I went down to the beach in Sai Kung and after a couple of days relaxing, the brain rebooted and I chose this as it's a nice, easy double-spaced read on a subject of interest. The second book fear bubble was half biopic half well-being and the third book zero negativity was 90% well-being and only 10% about his life.

Found this book at just the right time I think, was recommended to me by a person who works as a counsellor and I found whilst I was doing a lot of what is suggested in the book, there’s other tips I can take on. Ebooks fulfilled through Glose cannot be printed, downloaded as PDF, or read in other digital readers (like Kindle or Nook). As a massive fan of the first two books, First Man In and The Fear Bubble, I found this to be a great continuation and finale. It has made me reflect on negative experiences I have had and flipping it around to find those positives, no matter how bad a situation is because something can always be taken away from it.

This book has an energetic tone read by Ant Middleton and once you have finished it you will definitely begin to think more positively. Registered office address: Unit 34 Vulcan House Business Centre, Vulcan Road, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE5 3EF. Loved this book but was part of a trilogy where first man in was a biography with some tips in about positive thinking.

however these stories dont come across with the same impact as what they did before, maybe because the story isn't the focus, the story is just being used as an example in his or others behaviour to portray a message.
