Description

I was thinking of getting one and just adding a magnet too the bottom of the bed too attach and then re calibrating Is there a better glass replacement? Our heated bed is aluminum so do you add magnets or clamp down steel sheets or what?

Filament Sensor: When the filament runs out or disconnected, the Creality Ender-5 Plus 3D Printer will automatically be suspended to ensure the model can be smoothly printed. Now I assume Cura is telling me this is too big because of the print head offsets from the actual edge of the buildplate. I measured my buildplate and if I did my math right it is in fact a 250 x 250 build plate. if I leave the print head offsets in cura the same and increase my build plate size, this larger print fits correctly now.Stable Printing: Unlike Creality Ende-5, Creality Ender-5 Plus 3D Printer is with dual Z-Axis, Stable Z-axis Lead screw drive smoothly and steadily. The movement of the build plate will be more stable. Eventually I did some upgrades such as building my own enclosure, adding a capricorn bowden tube, and all metal extruder. It has drastically improved my PETG prints once I got my E-steps dialed in. Discover the freedom to create larger-scale models and projects with the Ender-5 Plus's generous printing space of 350x350x400mm. This ultra-large format opens up a world of possibilities, allowing you to bring your grandest ideas to reality. Whether it's architectural prototypes, artistic sculptures, or functional parts, the Ender-5 Plus provides the canvas for your imagination to flourish. The solution to this problem is to either replace the metal surface of the bed, or fill the concave depression with a heat resistant and conducting material until the bed is flat again. However, this has to be done BEFORE installing this product, or you will only be able to mitigate the problem. I like the finish you get on the side-down face of the glass sheet so while it’s not always possible I do consider it during setup.

The glass plate from creality has never been flat and it’s hounded me since day one. My challenge has been to find the right size replacement and in what material. As for the product, when correctly installed and configured (according to the notes above), it is a five star product, I am extremely happy with it. AWIN, Sovendus, Meta-Pixel, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, creativecdn.com (RTBHouse), Ads Defender When using a glass bed surface, the glass remains exactly flat (minus scratches and such) over time. However, with some low cost printers, such as mine (CR10 v1, which has the exact same dimensions as the v2, so this product fits it), the metal bed, being regularly heated, collapses slightly over time. Not by much, but with fine engineering such as 3D printing, a few fractions of a millimeter are enough for the nozzle to be too high, relatively to the bed, and this can in turn cause problems. This is my very first 3D printer. I must say that it was very easy to assemble along with setting it up for my first print. Don't expect to have wonderful prints right off the bat. Setting up CURA was really easy and I was able to print out a calibration cube. I would also recommend going on thingiverse and printing all the "Strain Relief" models for the printer wire loom and hotbed. This is the only reason I did not give this printer 5 stars. You really have to do quite a bit to reduce the strain at the connectors.

Cubic-like Frame designed: Creality Ender-5 Plus 3D Printer is the larger version of the Creality Ender-5 3d printer, with the same cubic designed, solid cube frame. Box Design with Overhead Gantry. Resume printing Function: Creality Ender-5 Plus 3D Printer resume printing while power-off, the motherboard is fully upgraded and supports continuous power failure, which effectively reduces model scrapping caused by power outages. Due to clumsiness, the bed got too close to the nozzle and the nozzle made a pattern in the plate, which is now visible on almost every print - the plate will have to be replaced, but unfortunately I don't know if it can be obtained separately, without a magnetic base. Maybe someone knows? This is where the steep learning curve begins. You really need to learn a lot about slicer settings and what they do. You really have to do your homework and learn things such as nozzle maintenance, E-Steps, PID tuning. travel, part cooling, supports, etc. You'll especially want to learn how to calibrate your printer with test prints such as the temperature tower to see how your filament really works at varying temperatures.A gold record I can say. With the correct setting of the print and the bed, it adheres very well to PETG, which is what I work with the most, as well as PLA and others. Much depends, as already mentioned above, on the tested print settings. A bigger build volume, a new bed-leveling probe, improved components: The Creality Ender-5 Plus strives to better the Ender-5 3D printer。 The firmware of silent board was a multi language version! If you want to upgrade to a silent board. Please flash your screen frimware to to the same multi version. Article Guide When put together, these parts result in a robust, magnetic and heat-resistant flexible plate with very good adhesion. Please make sure to aligning the bed rods and it helps, or please moved it up and down and tightened the screw, the lube evened it out. Normally it eventually went away after a few prints.
