While the data in the app is great for an overall picture, we'd have liked more detail on what each metric means. But, if you want to track more than your weight, and focus on becoming stronger and healthier—the Dara Smart Scales could be a great investment for you. Remember that it’s more important to consider trends in your Health Score rather than looking at one score in isolation. The accuracy of this is unlike any other smart scale I've used before, and I also love that you can track your food, sleep and everything in this one app.
