It is better than Code Profumo because it doesn't have that plastic smell of amber and bitterness from patchouli or Tonka. The real reason I’m writing this is because I’m seeing a lot of reviewers compare this to The One Edp. The result is something that opens with a super synthetic green apple + bergamot accord that paves the way for the vanilin bubblegum heart.

The best way I can think to describe it is as a toothless The One EDP; and I’m certainly not the first (nor will I be the last) to make that comparison. I find it very very similar to Halloween men shot with poorer performance, (I tested them both side by side, and at the end, Halloween men did a better job, without being the big thing either). In the opening this vanilla is apparent, with herbal facets of sage, hints of spicy cardamom, and powdery but masculine lavender from the rest of the Legend line.Around 1 hour later it turns in the all known vanilla-cardamom game with a lil'bit white and clear musky thing. Maybe I'm nose blind right now but I just did four sprays and I can't even tell I'm wearing cologne right now. A fresh take on the classic Mont Blanc Legend scent for men, Legend Night is an exotic, oriental, woody fragrance representative of the charisma, charm and sensuality of the typical Mont Blanc man. It projects quite nicely for the first couple of hours, and people will notice you, even hours after you thought it's exceeded its wear time.

Although it advertised as Legend Night and consumer would expect it to be heavy, seductive, sweet, musky and all that, the fragrance is to me very light. Its output is spicy and breaks the fruity part that arrives with the apple, very prominent note in the fragrance.

It's a nice scent though, I find it reminds me more of Axe Dark Temptation bodywash than anything else.

The mint notes will have a harsh chemical or plasticky smell if over sprayed but if I'm not trigger happy, the fragrance is simply not there. Legend Night reinterprets Legend, the sensual boisé fragrance that reveals the intrinsic charm of the man wearing it.It lasted okay, stayed close and I was surprised just how long the drydown lasted and just how nice the resulting kinda spiced rum/vanilla that remained was. The fragrance itself reminds me of Maisondieu's slight touches of Burberry London (I'm now wanting to layer them), then we have some of the Armani Code flankers, most noticeably Profumo and Absolu.
