Breathable gloves are far more comfortable when your hands gethot and sweaty in training.They’ll smell better and also last longer since your acidic sweat dries faster instead of breaking down the padding. Breathability has to do with the materials used (outer & inner) and how the palm area is designed. Leather outer is far more breathable than synthetic leather (plastic) gloves. Having a nicehole in the palm and a fewholes around the fingers will ventilate better than a completely sealed-up glove. At the time of this review, I have owned my Haybusa T3s for about seven months and until recently was training Muay Thai in them about three to four times a week. One main issue people seem to have with the T3s is their use of synthetic, non-genuine leather – with the assumption that they won’t last as long as real-leather alternatives. My gloves, while a bit scruffier, look effectively new. The stitching remains supreme and the only sign of wear is the gradually fading Hayabusa falcon. They have held up outstandingly and I assume they will continue to do so for months/years to come. Performance

I have to admit they are on the more expensive side so I would probably recommend for someone who is at an intermediate or advanced level of boxing or mma. Many fighters (usually pros) will even put tape around their wrist directly on the skin itself as well as around the glove (after they tie up) for extra wrist support. You can do this if you want even more support (power) than what the glove and hand-wraps provide. Superior quality consists of 100% premium full-grain leather that is resistant to tear and abrasion. The ideal cushion feeling is created using multi-layer foam of different densities, combining the cushioning of soft foam with the responsiveness of dense foam. There is also the addition of “orthopedic foam” a.k.a. memory foam which molds to you better than latex or EVA foam (which holds its shape). A multi-layer bag glove will probably havea soft foam (or orthopedic foam) on the inside and dense foam on the outside. A multi-layer training or sparring glove willadd another soft layer on the outside to protect your sparring partner. The best brands have their own special foam “formulas” and use anywhere from 3-5 layers of foam.We design each pair of gloves with specific features to maintain the alignment between your hands and wrists. You can rest assured that your assets are safe with every punch you throw. In complete honesty, I bought the glove for two reasons. Firstly, in my opinion, these are the sleekest, most understated and all around best looking gloves around. Secondly and just as importantly, the dual strap wrist closure sounded like an ideal solution to my ever-weakening wrists. Fortunately for me, the gloves delivered on both fronts. They look better in person than they do in photos and the dual wrists straps, that while a nuisance at first, do genuinely provide a massive amount of support.
