I think I set my expectations of it too high, and I guess was expecting more advice and to be more personal development rather than being mainly fernes experience (which was still interesting I just expected a little more guidance for those reading).It's about learning to be your true self, listening and being honest with yourself to enable yourself to be happy. It is written in such a down-to-earth way, which also makes it very relatable, and will encourage anyone who doesn’t have the confidence to speak up and let the world know who they are and what they stand for.
