With this heated blanket, you can adjust the temperature to your liking up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. This is not a common feature that you’ll come across in 12V heated blankets. You’ll have no problem in telling whether the blanket is on thanks to the LED light. If the light is on, the blanket has already started heating up. Once the positive and negative terminals have their corresponding ring terminals crimped and attached, you are ready to test the pad! It is worth to note that control of the temperature should always be in place, and the safety margin applied as the maximum peak temperature for this silicone part should never exceed +300°C.

If the thermal wraps are needed in your application, wrap each battery after the heating pads are applied to the batteries. Note: Expion360’s bus bars cannot be used with Expion360’s thermal wraps due to the narrow, 1/8-inch distance between the batteries when connected in parallel. Don’t expect a lot of exciting features with this blanket. It is a good heating blanket but does not come with temperature control settings nor an auto shut-off system. This 12V heated blanket comes with a long and extremely useful power cable. This means you can easily use it to keep you warm even if you’re at a distance from your vehicle.
