Ultimately though, we also get a decent plot that turns into quite the 'whodunnit' and keeps the story zipping along. Can Callum be redeemed? Hmmm.... Until she sees him next to the pool one night and everything changes. Will she finally have her fantasy? Or will it turn uot to be a nightmare? We all know that feeling when one of our favorite series is about to end, we become extremely sad that we are not going to be in this universe but you are also grateful you immersed yourself in this world. These feelings are exactly what I get from this series.

All Jenna knew though was that she wanted him, more than anything else. Problem was, she couldn’t really tell if Rex was exactly like Corey or if his intentions were just as innocent as he was making them to be. This is the story about how the one thing she wanted wound up being the same thing which would hurt the most. What happens when the single thing you least expect to happen actually does? What happens when all of the secrets and the lies come out? I didn't even realize this was the first type of book like this I've read until I was reading a very very smutty pool scene ;). I remember looking away from the book full on blushing and laughing, saying something along the lines of "OMG this is so naughty" and then it hit me. THIS IS A FIRST!!!! Callum Torrio is the mafia boss. Hundreds of employees answering to him and only him. Living in the mansion with his daughter he trusts only himself. So what does he do when the girl he has been obsessed with finds him in a compromising position? One that they both enjoyed? Because now that he finally has her, he will be damned if he will let her go. Callum and Bianca...they had so many ups and downs throughout the series, im so happy for them they got their HEA..they deserve all the love and we finally get answers surrounding Bianca's mom's death 😮‍💨....but i wanted to know that do they have a boy or girl 🥲 maybe we'll get to know that in dark knight?😶‍🌫️Bianca has had a crush on her best friends father Callum, since she was sixteen years old. Finding herself having to move in with her best friend and her father, she catches Callum with a women one night. Does she leave once she catches them or does she stay and watch? Bianca is pregnant, and that is foremost on everyone's mind. She and Tutum are under a lot of stress with all the danger they have been exposed to. Not all of Callum's business dealings have been on the up and up. Unfortunately, his past is returning to cause trouble for him, putting his family through hell. The need for protection is higher than ever before. Callum is going out of his ever-loving mind, trying to arrange for the safety of his adult daughter, his unborn child, and the woman he loves. Too bad his arch-nemesis, Bianca's dad Charlie, didn't get the memo that he isn't the bad guy after all. The danger keeps finding Bianca, thanks to all of Callum's enemies. The race is on to end the threats against his family before someone ends up paying the ultimate price. To top it all off, secrets are revealed, and the consequences are dire. The question is, will Callum and Bianca ever get their happy ever after? Still addictive reading although it ends on another cliffhanger, which I'm not 100% sure is necessary. I found some elements really (too much of the dad, Tatum and long drawn out musing) could have been omitted altogether and this saga could have been resolved here. For the past 5 years Callum Torrino is all Bianca has thought about. Fantasized about. What she would do to make him hers. But he is her best friend’s dad and that kind of makes him off limits. Until one night… And oh what a night.

Her ideas can be quite random. She’ll just get this tiny glimpse from some scene in the novel and she’ll suddenly find herself sitting down and typing, and typing. Before you know it, the entire book is written. Callum and Bianca grew a lot in this book. Some truths came to light but while new secrets were made. This book was even better than book 1. This series has definitely been one that I could not put down. I have eagerly devoured every book and overall, I really enjoyed the story. The story and the series is definitely outside of my normal reading genre with romance, but I’m glad I took a chance on this world. It’s dark, it breaks all the rules, and it is over the top in the best way. It just works for this world and these characters and I really enjoyed the series overall.

Everything finally comes to a climax in book3, Callum is desperate to find Bianca and he will do anything to protect his loved ones and tbh the changes we got to see in Callum 🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️ I love Josi's writing, and I am beyond sad that this series is over, but I am so happy with how she ended it.
