Their friendship allowed them to have the perfect foundation for a romance. From the beginning, they already were inclined towards each other romantically, but didn’t want to act upon it for reasons you find out in the book. So, the tension that was being built had me on edge. The longing, the pining? 🫠 It’s my favourite thing to read about.

Her relationship with her family wasn’t revolving only in the way they perceived her because the Bergman’s dynamic didn’t fail once again to create this warm feeling while reading about their beautiful bonds and how they always accept new members in their clan with open arms. I detested Frankie and Ren’s book, Always Only You. I found it cringeworthy AF. (I’ll explain my deep disdain for this book in a separate review. However, I will say that it belongs on my lists of the “Worst Novels I’ve Ever Read” and “Books So Cringey They Make Me Want To Puke.” In my opinion, this book is almost as bad as Colleen Hoover’s Maybe Someday. Chloe Liese is a genius. She always knows how to write stories and characters that I’ll certainly fall for. I'm just sad the story felt kinda “rushed”. Dunno but I really wish it was longer so we would’ve had more chances to see how their relationship developed and to enjoy more of them.
