On returning home, I noticed that the toe thong strap had "stretched" and it came away from the sole of the sandal, it came straight through the sole. Had I been wearing these when it occurred I would have caused more injury to an already damaged joint. What I received was something totally different! The design had been copied to a tee, but they were poorly made of cheap plastic. They did, actually, feel quite comfortable when tried on, but I knew that my feet would sweat and they would rub. Looking closely at them, I don't think that they would have lasted long anyway. The material was thin and the 'velcro' type fastening was not very strong. I could see through the bag before I even opened them that the soles were super narrow and not as described. I generally don't even need wide fitting shoes if they're a forgiving style but these wouldn't even do up. However, this is against 2013 Act which allows a cooling off period of 14 days from when you receive goods - even Sale goods. Anyone thinking about buying from this organisation needs to be aware that they bandy the word “orthopaedic” around far too much – there is very little that is orthopaedic about their footwear. Some items have arch supports, others do not. As almost expected from reading all the other posts, todayI have now been offered the "70% compensation" deal. Thanks, but no thanks. Will not be proceeding with this as I do not believe that it will be fulfilled in any shape or form. For peace of mind, I am now choosing to ignore any correspondence from Stunahome. It's just such a shame that this is the best that some people can offer to the rest of mankind! Extra edit! We have gone full circle and they are asking me to submit photos again! Unbelievable. Please don't use this company. This is a terrible company with absolutely ridiculous customer service. Avoid this company at all cost because if there is a problem or you need to return something, they will turn on you. You cannot make deductions from a product after I have paid you what you said the product was worth.

Sadly, after reading Stunahome’s standard reply (other customers having clearly received the same response) and still having received no answer on how to return my item, all I could think of was that this is just another clear example of yet more deception and lies on the part of this company.
