The legal basis for these processing operations is generally Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b, in the sense of which passing through the application procedure is considered to be the initiation of an employment contract. I'm not too familiar with the dust boot you are describing, so I'm not sure on the hose you are describing. But in your shoes I would definitely look into what it is and make sure it's ok to be open (otherwise you may be introducing an air leak if that's say a vacuum line) In the event of a successful application, the data provided will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR in conjunction with Art. 26 (2) Federal Data Protection Act for the purposes of implementing the employment relationship. Which explains why a be3 is richer at higher revs (1.5mm dia upper holes) but at the same time leaner at lower revs than an alomost identical be5 ( 1mm dia upper holes). When you are adjusting the air/fuel mixture but the RPM doesn’t change no matter how much you turn, then you need to remove the carburetor for cleaning or replacement. 4. Incorrect Valves adjustment affects the Vespa engine

Looking at the picture you've attached there is a hole at about 1:00 that is not shown on the one from the VespaLabs link I posted above. That would presumably be over the "brass plug with hole" that mine has. Now I need to consider whether that would be a smart thing to do as well. I'm actually temped to do the whole heart as you've done as well... I could be wrong on all of the above its just my interpritation, it seems to make sense, but someone could come along and change my mind. We can use airbrush example to show lower section requires less atmospheric speed (atmos) than those in upper. The air filter prevents dirt from entering the engine. If the filter is dirty or obstructed then it will prevent sufficient airflow to the carburetor resulting in a wrong fuel/air ratio. In practice, the air-fuel mixture doesn’t need a lot of adjusting. But if you sense that your Vespa is running rich or lean it is useful to adjust the air/fuel mixture to your engine. You can also tell if the carburetor might have internal problems such as a clogged idle jet.

A be5 has the same hole patern as a be3 but the upper holes in be5 are 1mm in dia a be3 1.5mm in dia. The spark plug is screwed into the cylinder head at one end and a spark plug cap on the other. The spark plug cap is attached to a cable that runs to the ignition coil. We use the following provider as transport service provider: Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany But at higher revs the table turns. The be3 larger upper holes now have enough atmos speed to draw petrol which they do at a larger linear rate because of hole size. However, this information will not be used to identify you personally and will not be merged with other data records. The air/fuel mixture screw controls how much air mixes with the fuel on the throttle. If this isn’t adjusted correctly, the engine can run rich or lean. In addition to internal provider criteria, identity and creditworthiness information from the following credit agencies may also be included in the decision-making process as part of the application review in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR: Well sure, you just cleaned your carb and filter, I would think any bike would run better after that. An air leak causes air to come into the system where it shouldn’t be. This can mess up the air/fuel mixture of the carburetor which will lead to an engine running lean (the engine doesn’t get enough fuel). Further information can be found here: https://support.google.com /analytics /answer /7532985 ?hl=de A modification needs to be made to the exhaust out of the box, as well. Performance exhausts like this must be manufactured with a restrictor cone in place to meet European Union emissions standards to be road legal. While I am in favor of reducing emissions, the restrictor cone does defeat the purpose of the performance aftermarket exhaust. The restrictor cone is spot welded just within the exhaust pipe at the top where it bolts onto the cylinder. Just to add to the above, it followed a few posts about carbs, obviously, but what isnt there but was mentioned before hand was, So I finally got the Dell'Orto PHVA 17.5mm carb working on the scooter. I believe the autochoke had been bad - I put a manual flip choke on and suddenly it was not as much of a pain to tune.

Make sure you are not touching any metal parts with your hands when doing this procedure, as you will get a short circuit. Not lethal, but very painful.Yes I agree, it does restrict the air, but it also speeds up the atmos on entering the mixer tube. So theres less air also. You have now set the screw to the maximum setting. From here start turning the idle screw again, each time a 1/4 turn until the engine makes a comfortable and smooth sound. Then listen to how the engine sounds when you turn the throttle. Usually, it takes about 2,5 turns from a fully (not tightly) closed position to a correct idling position. Nigelthefish- I did not rejet, but I did change my air mixer tube from BE4 to BE3. I'm already running two sizes larger than most would say is reasonable (I'm at 120, most agree 118 is optimal). The plug looks fine, although I have noticed a bit of bog now just off idle. Have not had a chance to adjust the low speed screw, so will play with that tomorrow. It seems to run great and it feels like midrange is stronger than before. If personal data is processed basis on an express consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR, this data is stored until the data subject revokes his consent. It is pretty difficult to say exactly what the problem can be. If you notice that your Vespa isn’t running properly then you just need to start to investigate what is wrong. It can be something very obvious or something that will take time to figure out, including removing some parts.
