It is at this point that they briefly notice Silver Surfer in the sky. A sequel to the original series, the five-issue Marvel Zombies 2, was published from October 2007 to February 2008, and Marvel Zombies 3 a four-issue series, commenced October 2008. Marvel Zombies 4 is a four-issue limited series published over the summer of 2009, and features characters from Marvel's horror comics ( Man-Thing, Morbius the Living Vampire, Werewolf by Night, and Mephisto among others). In New York, Rogers appears to keep his head down until Magneto destroys the Baxter Building, at which point he arrives to confront the Master of Magnetism, along with the rest of the Marvel Zombies.

Zombie Captain America Makes His Debut at the Disney Parks

Following an adaptation in the episode " What If... Zombies?!" of the Disney+ animated series What If...?, an upcoming animated series of the same name is in development, both of which are set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Between all the remaining zombies in Earth-2149, he is the only one which fate in Earth-Z is unknown. When Scott is saved by the Cloak of Levitation, he says "Wingardium Leviosa", a spell from the Harry Potter franchise. Hulk refuses to come out of Banner like in Infinity War, but he does eventually come out, unlike in the movie, where Hulk doesn't come out of Banner at all after his fight with Thanos. Additionally, it turns out his "Hulked out" skin can't be bitten by zombies. Despite having no consciousness, the infected retain the ability to use their skills, weapons and powers.
