In keeping with the holiday spirit, I decided to compare some of my family's favourite chocolate Easter eggs, namely Cadbury and Galaxy, to some supermarket own brands to see which one tasted the best. The variety of eggs in the shops these days is endless. Watch: I tried chocolate party cakes from Tesco, Aldi, Asda, Lidl and Waitrose and one made me insanely happy It's crunchy, crispy, silky, creamy and absolutely delicious. It may not come with any extra bags of chocolate, but the egg is huge and the salt and sweet combination is a sure-fire winner. Asda also sells Raspberry and Marshmallow White Chocolate, and Peppermint and Cocoa Nib Dark Chocolate flavours as well. Yum.
