Another note, PLEASE READ: This is entirely fictional. Obviously I am not an expert nor do I condone using any dangerous or hazardous substances. This is meant as a light and fun story, based on a boy's fantasy. In short, do NOT try this at home/IRL. He remembers his grandmother well. She was small, almost like a child, though very round. She had five children and her sons left home as soon as they could. He doesn’t remember Grandfather, and to him Grandmother is a woman who lived in an apartment building in town and grew increasingly odd, while Aunt Ellen and his mother took turns to make dinner for her. Certain smells made him think of her, smells that linger in the bathroom, or bergamot candy in the kitchen. Or the sight of dish mats and the plastic souvenirs his mother and Aunt Ellen brought home from vacations. And her hands, mostly her hands. They were as small as a little girl’s and never at rest. Small and fluttering. How strange to think it was those hands that did it. The thing his mother claimed they did.

I let it go and everything but my target got wet. We thought it was so funny that we fell down on the dirt laughing and then took turns seeing what it looked like when pee came out of each other’s pappies. That’s what we were doing when my aunt opened the cellar door and yelled down the stairs, “What are you kids doin’ down there?”Lost virginity to step-brother’s step-sister: Lost my virginity to my step-brother’s (my dad his mom) step-sister (his dad her mom). Not incest but the families didn’t feel great about us as an obvious couple. This Hungarian gem is a criminally underrated drama that explores a poignant incestuous relationship between an estranged brother and sister. The film possesses a dark tone that reflects the unusual relationship between its characters, but it doesn’t tend to exploit the provocative nature of the story. There’s a sense of lurking danger felt throughout the movie, but the way it portrays its characters and their relationship make us empathize with them rather than trying to put us off with blatant emotional manipulation.

Well you said you wanted me to keep you company and have some fun! We’re together, and I’m having a ton of fun with you!” A Short Film About Love’ was the cinematic extension of the sixth episode of his highly acclaimed Television drama ‘Dekalog’ and was one of his underappreciated works. Teenage angst and sexual infatuation have never been portrayed so beautifully in cinema as Kieslowski paints the madness, the enigma, the ecstasy, the melancholy of human emotion so delicate yet so profound and magical to be put into words. I wouldn’t give away much of the film here as it’s a film that means so much to me. It’s sad, painfully truthful, yet intoxicating. Daddy was out of arguments. My Aunt had an extra room, my brother would stay with Uncle Harold. I claimed I should be the one to stay with Uncle Harold, but they believed my brother should because he was older and could get along without Mom.cousins ruin their family gatherings: I haven’t really told anyone this but I used to sleep with my 2nd cousin. Our fathers were close but our mothers were extremely competitive. So we were never really “friends” per se growing up. I hadn’t seen her in years and I got dragged to her birthday by my parents. I was hoping she’d have cute friends (she did). But wow, I still remember seeing her legs coming down the stairs. We spent a summer together and then it didn’t work when school started again. We ended up doing that again for about 6 months a few years later. She followed me to college. It peed on the apron while it happened, and a long, thin sound came out of Aunt Ellen. Mother wanted to jump on Grandmother and make her stop. She was going to scratch her. Or else she was going to run, or maybe just scream. But she did none of those things, because Grandmother looked at her in such a strange way. Like it was a kind of experiment and the idea was to find out how much chaos she could cause inside her. The more chaos and noise she could make there, the better. Dude comes on to step-brother: The last time I was home my stepbrother acted inappropriately a few times. Came into my room in his underwear when everyone was in bed to use my en suite. There is a different bathroom closer to where he was sleeping. Then showering and getting changed at the end of my bed in the morning. I didn’t see but he would have been nude at some point. He knows I’m gay.

When people say European cinema, the names most often mentioned are Andrei Tarkovsky, Ingmar Bergman, Jean Luc-Godard, Luis Bunuel, Michael Haneke, and so on and so forth. But Krzysztof Kieslowski‘s name is often sadly overlooked, and in my humble opinion, he’s right up there with the aforementioned greats as one of the finest auteurs European cinema has ever produced. He had this ability to get so deeply personal and intimate that it leaves you soaked in a plethora of emotions. My brother sat at the table and talked with the men. I don't think he enjoyed it much. It didn't LOOK like much fun, just sitting there and talking. He would have had more fun playing marbles with us. But, that's what you gotta do when you grow up, I guess. When I went into the Living room, my sister nearly choked at seeing me in the diaper. She giggled as I went from person to person, saying goodnight. We saw my Uncle Harold that day. Only time I ever saw the old man, he died when I was 13. He took an instant liking to me though. He didn't like anyone, that old man, but he liked me. My brother and sister were jealous when Uncle Harold gave me a brand new Baseball. It was so big to me at the time...I couldn't even hold it right in my hand. Boys Don’t Cry’ is a harrowing look at repressed sexuality and gender identity. The film is based on the real-life story of Brandon Teena, an American trans man who was brutally raped and killed in Nebraska. Brandon, played by Hillary Swank, adopts a male identity and moves to Nebraska, where he falls in love with Lana. They remain lovers despite Lana discovering Brandon’s true identity. Their romance is painful and uncertain as violence consumes their blissful but brief and fleeting span of time. If your idea of powerful cinema happens to be one that has the power to devastate and disturb you emotionally, then this is your kind of film.

I can drive hungry," my Dad informed my Aunt. "But what about your kids, Junior? I bet they want to eat, don't you kids?" My siblings and I gave Dad the "Bambi Eyes". For once they worked. Sometimes they worked, even on Dad. Mom was easier. It was getting near night. We ran outside and caught fireflies. "Glowbugs" we called them. Every once in awhile you would catch a moth too, and then let it go. It was fun to see who could catch the largest moth...once my sister caught one that had at least a 5 inch wingspan, but we teased her and said it was really a bat. A white bat.
