The glass was designed by renowned Italian designer Cini Boeri in 1973, and is produced by Arnolfo di Cambio, one of Italy’s most respected glass makers. As such it represents the finest in both Italian design and craftsmanship. The Blade Runner glassis thedouble old fashioned glassfrom the Cibi collection, designed by Cini Boeriand made byArnolfo di Cambio, makers of Italian handmade crystal since 1963. Each glass is mouth blown and hand cut by artisans in Tuscany, to the original specifications and using the original moulds created in 1973. Cini Boeri (1924) is an influential Italian product designer and architect. In 1973, she designed the Cibi Collection for Arnolfo di Cambio, a range which included this distinctive piece. Four years old and bottled at 80 proof (40% abv), the bottle features a screen-printed image of Southfork Ranch, the Ewing family residence. Unlike most of the bottlings on this list, J.R. Ewing is still in production, available in liquor stores all across Dallas.

The new expression was created by Johnnie Walker master blender Jim Beveridge with the film’s director, Denis Villeneuve, with one eye on how whiskies of the future might taste.
