We think the Pure Power is an excellent vacuum cleaner. It’s great for hard floors and low-pile carpets, while the wide radius and cord rewind feature make it easy to use. We wish it had a turbo brush for pet hair, but it provides enough suction to do a decent job on all surfaces still.

Miele puts a lot of thought into making their vacuums easy to use. The C2 and C3 both benefit from features such as automatic cable rewind, multiple suction modes, and an easily extendable wand. The Miele C3 Pure Power isn’t the best vacuum for cleaning stairs. While it’s compact enough to balance on a step, the power cord isn’t long enough to cover a whole flight of stairs. This means you’ll need to carry the heavy vacuum with you. The C3 Powerline’s relatively small trio of wheels on the underside move very well on smooth hard floors but struggle a little on carpets or floors with nooks, crannies, lumps and bumps. The cleaner follows you around on carpets regardless as the flat base tends to slide fairly easily over pile anyway. The bumper strip around the main body ensures that even adventurous high-speed cornering manoeuvres should keep your furniture undamaged. The floorhead is a high-quality accessory that cleans close to the edge of skirting boards and walls. We also found that the Miele doesn’t tend to lose suction as the bag fills up, which can be an issue for cheaper bagless vacuums, and there are multiple suction settings.Miele's C3 Kona vacuum cleaner features an Electro Plus electrobrush. With a five-level height adjustment and an independent motor, the Electro Plus delivers the ultimate in cleaning power. It's a great choice for larger rooms with medium to deep pile carpeting.
