Description

Painting large areas used to take days with the painstaking method of applying product with a brush. Fortunately, nowadays, the amount of time it takes to do even big jobs – like paint all the fences or decorate a room in the house – can be reduced by up to two thirds. The Ginour Fence Paint Sprayer makes it easy to spray bigger areas thanks to its large coverage and wide spray. With the ability to use normal fence paints and not just special spray able ones, as well as a long list of other coating materials, this Wagner paint sprayer offers you a lot of versatility when it comes to getting the colour and finish that you want. The paint flow is fully adjustable and this sprayer has the usual settings for a horizontal, vertical or circular spray pattern.

Equipped with a 1300 ml detachable paint reservoir, it’s also up there as having one of the biggest capacities featured on this list. Larger areas can be covered with less refilling; it will likely need to be topped up with more paint after every 1 – 2 fence panels as a guide. As well as being suitable for both solvent- and water-based fence paint, this sprayer can also be used to spray alcohol and other liquid disinfectants. It creates a fine mist which makes it suitable for spraying both light and heavier coverings of all the aforementioned liquids. Having control over application coverage whilst using paint sprayers is a must; it can be the difference between only being able to do large-scale jobs, and having the flexibility to use the fence sprayer for smaller tasks too. The Haupon TM-71 Fence Sprayer comes with several attachments and settings that make it ideal for a range of situations; not only is it efficient at spraying fence panels, it can also be used to paint cupboards, doors, and other more precise items. Of course, it can be hard to know exactly what to look for when buying one of these nifty gadgets. After all, you want to make sure you’re getting the best fence sprayer possible, to make the job as painless as it can be. Officially you don’t NEED to wear a face mask when using a paint sprayer, however we would definitely recommend wearing a mask and goggles whilst you are working. This will save you from inhaling any dirt or debris whilst you are working (or getting it in your eyes). Plus, will avoid you breathing in any paint particles.

Precautions at the end of spraying

You will usually find that an electric paint sprayer has between a one and a two year warranty. Unfortunately it is rare that you will find a warranty longer than this (unless it is offered through an extended warranty when you register the product). However, if you look after your paint sprayer and keep it well maintained then you will find it actually lasts much longer than this. We have a range of products and development kits aimed directly at consumers, such as the Touch Board (Arduino), Pi Cap (Raspberry Pi), Touch Board Pro Kit and Interactive Wall Kit, which enable users to create sensors using Electric Paint or other conductive materials. These sensors can be used to convert touch into light, sound or data. Printed sensors can also be adjusted and tuned, so it’s possible to turn them into proximity sensors to detect objects at a distance, from behind a substrate or to trigger outputs from afar. When creating sensors, the design, pattern, and shape of how Electric Paint is applied are as important as the material itself, as these factors impact the sensor’s performance. Our Printed Sensor product is an example of an effective pattern, optimising the capabilities of the sensor for proximity sensing. This Wagner paint sprayer also comes with a shoulder strap to help spread the weight better across the body and as improve stability. This is a job that can get tiring on the arms after a while, so this paint sprayer actually hits a good balance between capacity and weight. The VonHaus electric paint sprayer is what I would call the lowest powered of all the paint sprayers I tested but certainly the neatest. There’s a price to paint for the neatness though, and that is speed – as a kitchen cabinet sprayer it matches the Ginour but takes much much longer to produce the same results. Here’s a look at that: One thing I will mention is that you have to keep the nozzle wet/damp to stop it clogging up with paint if left for a little while, but that applies to most paint sprayers anyway. Apart from that, my only other gripe is that I wish the power cable was a little longer but, again, that is common on power tools these days and extension leads are easy to come by.

Touted as a suitable machine for both DIY and professional painting jobs, this paint sprayer can be used both indoors and out. As a result, we’re looking at a handy machine that will have far more uses than simply painting the fences every couple of years. Then again, a much larger paint container will mean that the overall size of the paint sprayer will increase, so it all depends on what is more important to you personally- compactness or volume. Customisation In terms of the tool itself though, a little bit of weight is a good sign that the tool is robust and made from durable materials, so there is that to consider. In this test I pitted all four against each other. The Vonhaus, Wagner W100, Wagner fence sprayer, and the Ginour. The results were pretty much as expected and a brief overview of what happened can be found on this video: The conditions for achieving the right atomization pressure: the minimum atomization pressure required to achieve the ideal atomization of the liquid. The principle to be followed when adjusting the pressure is therefore that the spray shape is good and that the pressure set is right (the pressure should be as low as possible).
