this is EXACTLY the post I was waiting to type myself. I just upgraded from Lite. I'm waiting for my delivery in the post. What is the difference between Lite and LE? From a pricing standpoint they appear to be almost identical. For me personally, all of that "extra" stuff (EIC, Session Drums, etc) doesn't mean a whole lot because I tend to favor slicing my own beats and using VST's for my synths. More specifically, I bought an Oxygen8v2 with Live Lite 6 a year ago or so and now I'm thinking about upgrading.
