And sometimes it feels hypocritical to write about journaling when I don’t always maintain a perfect writing streak. I get distracted and I deal with depression and anxiety like many others. Form a local writer’s circle or find an existing one on Facebook. Google some online writing communities or just find a few like-minded friends to support each other on WhatsApp. This journal is so nice ! I love the word prompts in this journal. Especially with the fact each month is dedicated to a certain theme of word prompts to getting you dig deeper with yourself, or get you thinking in general. It’s almost therapy in a book pretty much. It’s great way to create self-awareness with urself. At the outset, I was endlessly wondering whether I was missing something. After implementing these rules for a few months, however, I realized that I had become more productive in the morning and that not having a phone in grabbing distance was a blessing in disguise.
