Each toy in the Linkimals line light up and teach children different things depending on the toy you buy. They are able to sync up and interact with each other, even singing two songs as a group (these two songs - "Hello Friends" and "Colorful Friends" - are heard in every Linkimals toy separately or they can sing said songs together). They also say phrases that are only heard if they are synced to another Linkimal. Additionally, when you have more than one Linkimal, and you get them to sing the "Hello Friends" song, the Linkimal you activated will start a roll call where the activated Linkimal tells the others to "introduce [themselves] the Linkimals way". This is followed by the other Linkimals that are synced with the activated Linkimal calling out their species name one by one (except for the activated Linkimal) before they all sing "Hello Friends".
