I actually messaged Zowie support prior to publishing the review to make sure and they said nothing has changed so yeah. That said; it’s always possible that Zowie has been streamlining the QC process or making it more stringent, or it could be that some reviewers had a bit worse buttons on their Divinas or something. No mouse is the same of course. The product image is for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary in size, color, and layout. No claim will be accepted for an image mismatch. One of the things Zowie emphasize in their marketing for this product is that they made this mouse shorter to make vertical aiming easier. That’s a bit of an odd thing to single out to me since that entirely depends on your grip style, but this shorter design doesallow for some space between the mouse and your palm (unless you’re a palm gripper obviously) which can make micro adjustments on the vertical axis easier to do so I can kind of see where they’re coming from. Vertical aim or not: I personally think that this is one of their best shapes yet and I like this shorter, more boxy design better than that of the flatter FK if I had to choose.

That’s really an impossible question to answer without knowing things like your hand size, grip style, and some preferences. If you like the more neutral shape of the S2 it’s probably a good bet to try the FK series, but do note that those are a lot flatter than the S, which has a bit of a hump to it. We have articles on the different Zowie mice if you’re interested: Something that I haven’t seen you mention is the Endgame Gear XM1. That’s a great mouse for claw/fingertip grip as well and might be right up your alley as far as size is concerned. It’s got a flawless sensor, great cable, it’s light, … It’s a really good gaming mouse but often flies under the radar. Zowie are famous for their plug and play principles. If you’re a gamer who’s playing at a different LAN tournament every weekend you don’t want to be messing around with an endless stream of software programs to set up all of your peripherals, so Zowie mice are good to go the moment you plug them into your machine. You can change the DPIand polling rateon the bottom of the mouse if you want, and that’s it. No nonsense, just headshots. Zowie Divina S2 Review – Conclusions I guess it depends on your grip style. I have 19x10cm and use a claw grip where the mouse is usually 45 degree angled and takes support from the right side of my palm, and the G100s is my dream shape.Zowie is still using the 3360 in their mice. That’s an older one but if you ask me it doesn’t really matter. It’s a flawless sensor either way. I found no traces of any malfunctions during my testing either, so Zowie has implemented it well if you’re asking me. hey, i would like to ask what zowie mouse should i get if my hands are 19/9 to 9.5-ish and built for a relaxed claw grip? There are some things that aren’t perfect, of course. I don’t particularly like the feeling and look of the coating (particularly after using the mouse) and the scroll wheel could be better, but these are minor annoyances that aren’t so pronounced that they impact my enjoyment of the mouse. Do note that the LOD is a touch over 1.2 millimeters, with currently no way of lowering it, so if that’s something that would bother you it’s important to know this ahead of time. Thanks to the larger surface area on the sides of the mouse it’s also really easy to change grips on the fly. That’s not something that I (or most people) do during gaming, but it is a testament to how well this new shape accommodates a wide variety of grip styles. I keep saying it when I review Zowie mice, and it keeps ringing true: the shape is undoubtedly one of Zowie’s major strong suits.

BenQ Zowie S2 Symmetrical Gaming Mouse for Esports

Most new (FPS) gaming mice coming from reputable brands have a flawless sensor and the S2 isn’t any different. The S2 houses the 3360 sensor, which perfectly translates every movement you make on your desk to the game without doing any predicting, snappingand so on. No one to blame but yourself (or lag) if you miss that absolutely crucial headshot on the enemy healer, in other words. I know how a real aftermarket paracord feels (they are more flexible still, but that’s because companies have to follow certain industry standards when producing electronic devices such as mice, and that mostly doesn’t allow them to compete with ultra flexible aftermarket alternatives) but I wouldn’t bother switching out this cable if I were to main this mouse (and I might, since I love the S2 shape and the updates that they’ve made to the mouse). That’s not to say that you needa bungee to make this mouse usable though. I always test mice with and without a bungee and as is usual with Zowie I didn’t have an issue with the cable in either test scenario.

Zowie are famous for their amazing shapes (among other things) and the S2 and S1 absolutely deserve to wear the Zowie logo in this regard. The S2 is an ambidextrous mouse with a pretty compact design and they really hit the mark once again with this shape. It’s a safe and super comfortable ambi shape and I find it hard to imagine that anyone would actively dislike this design. No shape is perfect for everyone obviously, but Zowie really do pay attention to the design of their mice and the S continues that tradition. All in all the S2 is yet another great feeling and fitting Zowie mouse so if you feel like the FK line is perhaps a bit too long and flat for you it can be a great idea to try out the S1 or S2. Buttons and Scroll Wheel Hi, I got 8cm by 18cm and using more like palm grip with a bit Claw grip while awping I choosing between the s1 and s2 and need some help. Thanks for the answer. What about the g pro wireless? I do not have a chance to try it in a tech shop in my country -or city at least-. For my hand size and grip styles, that one or the model o could be better?
