The Jibu tribe of Taraba state was discovered by Stephen Osu who was a Nigerian journalist. He discovered the tribe after a tiring and rigorous 9-hour journey over a mountain. The people of this tribe have disassociated themselves from anything that has to do with Western civilization and government.

These naked tribes are not peculiar to a particular region or country, however, those in Africa have over time, been a course to study. They are mostly cannibals and are oblivious to any form of civilization although they are quite strict with their women. 3. The Koma people are mostly farmers and hunters. They are inhabitants of the mountains in the Gashaka Local Government Area of Taraba state and are descendants of the famous Kwararafa Kingdom. Naked Tribe is a tribe that still, in this 21 st century has little or nothing to do with clothing of any sort.
