As the name suggests, this is marketed as a fragrance for men. It does have a woody, typically masculine style (as you see within the fragrance world) so I can see why it’s been marketed as such. However, it isn’t an overpowering masculine scent and has a light, pleasant freshness to it at first – thanks to the fruity notes – so it certainly has universal appeal. Initially met with a fruity splash followed by musky warmth that’s reflective of late summer evenings watching the sun set, Canyon Escape for Her grabbed my attention for all the right reasons.
