As a mostly neutral runner I was a bit nervous to try a stability shoe, however, after putting nearly 50 miles on the shoe, I am pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

It is a little slippery in the forefoot as it’s a bit wide and the opening of the upper is a little too narrow to easily slip the shoe on. heel toe drop – again higher than I recommend for most runners, we see more overstriding and IT Band issues. The new TPU Guidance frame brings a modern approach to stability that will support minimal and excessive pronators alike.The slight weight decrease is notable, but the change in outsole material and upper security may make for the biggest changes. And as noted their stability is there, but without being aggressive so you aren’t feeling it…it’s just working.

oz is quite heavy for a shoe and I would love to see if the weight could drop into the 10 oz range for a little more versatility (same thoughts on the Triumph).

The PWWRUN+ midsole is not only soft but produces a peppy bounce that brings a lot of life to these daily trainers. While they aren’t a plush shoe, they are still cushioned and make for a nice long run with the feet feeling good and quickly draining any water you encounter.
