About this deal

I thought that The Menu looked like something that would be right up my alley and, looked forward to checking it out. Thanks Hendrik - Hopefully the UHD BD support was just the parsing of the new header and meta data changes for the streams (like the update you did to support AVCHD V2 a few years ago). You can let us know which movies you would like on 4K UHD or Blu-ray by leaving a comment on our Facebook page.

However Blu-Rays do also have another type of menu which can be brought up and displayed on top of the still playing movie.

Which is a horrible waste, as I literally never pick them up again, except to keep them organized as I add more and more of them. The Menu premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 10, 2022, [26] and also made its US premiere at Fantastic Fest that month. The film stars Ralph Fiennes as a celebrity chef with Hong Chau playing his assistant and Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicholas Hoult, Janet McTeer, Reed Birney, Judith Light, Aimee Carrero, and John Leguizamo playing diners who attend his exclusive restaurant.

If you rip your own disks with a program designed to do this, you will see every single title on the disk and have the option to rip it or not.IOW, the argument we're making for including support for BD menus is not about how we get our unprotected discs. item, with such personalities as Julia Child and Graham Kerr holding court in their studio kitchens. Filming began on September 3, 2021, in Savannah, Georgia, with cinematographer Peter Deming [23] and film editor Christopher Tellefsen.
