In all honesty, those criminals and sick rapists, and murderers probably deserved things worse than death. This man should’ve made me sick to my stomach with his past transgressions but there was so much more to him. To pull through a book like this needs talent, practice and originality- and it was evident in Wolfe writing.

As I said before, I do consider it a bit more of a psychological thriller than a romance, but it still had some romantic elements.

Cullen worked as a nurse in many hospitals but kept switching jobs as he was fired for suspicious behaviour from many of them. And as his trial looms closer, and his connection to London grows stronger the tension proportionally increases. Although London tries to fight her attraction to him, she forgets one KEY thing to seduction- the biggest organ that must be seduced is the human mind- and Grayson plays her like a sexy musician 😅💦. I’m still trying to wrap my head around what happened and quite frankly, I’m a bit of a hot mess right now. The writing will transport you into a world impossible to leave behind even after you read the last page.There were a few hard to read parts and I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be a romance, but it was kind of sort of one? However, once Grayson chose to take the law onto himself and he himself, started killing and torturing people? If you must surround yourself with people, you invite distractions from the one person deserving of your time: you. Grayson’s personality rouses many questions in the readers mind, all of which were astutely answered by the author.

I wanted to give this two stars for all the points mentioned above, but I felt at the end of the day - It would be doing my beliefs an injustice. This book is that perfect treat for all those dark romance junkies out there, who just cannot get enough of the depraved and the dubious morals; so if you are one of those, then I guess I cannot recommend this enough. At times, the story could get confusing, but I learnt early that, that was the style of the flow and rhythm of the pace.They were like two different poles of a magnet, attracting each other, unable to fight the gravitational pull. Starting this I really had no idea what I was getting myself into, straight away your immersed into a courtroom setting that set the pace of this outstanding novel that had me gobsmacked from start to finish. Ora, per come è finito, vorrei avere Born, Madly immediatamente ma so che dovrò aspettare almeno qualche mese, ma se volete un piccolo indizio da parte mia, prevedo un NON HEA.
