While at girl scouts camp in the hopes of promoting to a higher rank, the girls find Lila incapable of certain outdoor skills, and that a ghost named the Pearl Lady supposedly haunts the grounds. To get the skate park free for everybody, Polly, Lila, and Shani challenge Devin - a teenager who things he's the king of the skate park and believes anyone younger or less experienced on a board should stick to the 'Kiddy ramps'.
