In a big year for the Walt Disney Company, the world-famous studio continues its centennial festivities with a celebration of animation, culminating in the releases of a fun animated short, Once Upon A Studio, and the studio’s newest theatrical release, Wish. Upon an invitation to an extra special presentation of the projects in Los Angeles, I made my way to the El Capitan Theater, not knowing what a magical time I would have. From crying over the new short, fawning over an original Mary Blair piece, and asking the creatives of Wish about their own Walt Disney wishes, I definitely walked away from the event inspired and excited for Disney’s upcoming animated releases! ONCE UPON A STUDIO: A LOVE LETTER TO WALT DISNEY’S ANIMATED LEGACY I couldn’t do each and every child's story any great a due by reviewing it like it was just another book I came across on the shelves browsing or online. Oh my! Very Unique! Family is everything! Loved this one. It was intriguing from start to finish and i loved the ending!! Recently, Disney and Make-A-Wish celebrated making their 150,000th wish together. Disney and Make-A-Wish have worked together for forty years in making wishes come true for children facing critical illnesses, and the 150,000th granted wish served as a major milestone. And now, Disney has shared that they will be hosting a major wish-granting event at the end of August during World Princess Week. Welcome dining and tea party: A welcome dining experience and royal tea party launched the event on a high note, proclaiming every Make-A-Wish kid in attendance royalty for the day.
