About this deal

H&S actually has five different airbrushes in the Infinity series (but we’ll just be looking at the Giraldez version today). The airbrush is sporting a super-fine 0.18mm nozzle, which allows for a hairline spray pattern and works great for intricate Luftwaffe mottling. First of all, this trigger is taller than the standard infinity trigger. Thanks to the lever mechanism airbrushes use on their triggers. This wider arc allows the needle to retract a smaller distance with a larger more trigger pull. Vallejo paints, on the other hand, were a PITA to spray. They are my choice for brush painting though. What accessories would you recommend?

A lot of people will look at buying a new airbrush and compare various brands by looking at the nozzle size. Typically for miniature painters, it will go from 0.05mm to 0.6mm. The view is that a smaller nozzle will produce a finer spray. The Eclipse series lies somewhere in between with a price of around 150 dollars. Unlike, the NEO line, the Eclipse is made in Japan. Why continue to market your Infinity CR Plus as a "high end airbrush instrument for professional artists with ergonomic excellence" even though one of your own designers happily points out at least 9 design faults that needed improving! Using a needle designed to provide pinpoint accuracy all the way up to a wide base coating aperture makes it a versatile tool for every type of airbrushing job you do. It’s kinda like that. Look, it just works and if that’s not a clear enough explanation then… It’s done with magic Just like Tamiya’s airbrushes, the Gunze products are made in the same factory as Iwata airbrushes. However, the price difference is staggering. This is almost the same airbrush as Iwata’s Custom Micron, apart from being sold for half the price.

Meh, it’s the front of a box. do you care? 90% of you are buying it online anyway, I doubt very much this stands out on the shelf. Cult of Paint Infinity Airbrush Review – Unboxing This type lies somewhere between the two others and can be either gravity fed or siphon-fed. These are not that popular with modelers, because they are the most difficult of the three to clean and maintain. The Bottom LineIn addition, the nozzle on this brush is one large unit that is once again compression fit when the nose is screwed on. The main reason I like this is that for maintenance. It’s a lot easier (and safer) to remove and clean this larger piece than the tiny little nozzles on competitor brands. Cult of Paint Infinity Vs Infinity CRplus

It is also equipped with a non-removable 10ml paint cup, which is a tad too large for my needs, but it’s not a big problem. A paint cup lid is also included. If that’s still too expensive for you still, a more entry-level version is the Cult of Paint Evolution airbrush. the Evolution is the brush Squidmar used and had etched in gold recently. Created with Angel Giraldez specifically for the art of painting miniatures to the highest standard possible, but with the greatest ease and control. The ergonomics are designed for highly accurate work on small pieces, the architecture for the simplest maintenance and the spray performance for ultimate control. You can always use a drying retarder to reduce this, but you’ll also transfer the properties of extra wet paint onto your model making the overall drying time longer. This is one of the best Iwata airbrushes and also one of the best airbrushes available on the market. The Hi-Line Series airbrushes feature PTFE seals to prevent issues when using aggressive solvents as thinners or cleaners. The airbrush comes ready for various configurations. even the needle guard has the optional (compression-fit_ crown cap) Featuring a lightweight aluminium body and a custom-designed reversible left/right handed trigger, the Infinity allows you to paint for extended periods avoiding cramping or fatigue whilst enjoying the ultimate precision.
